The hotel has a stunning glass-roofed atrium space that serves as a breakfast room in the morning and cocktail lounge in the evening. The rooms could use a little updating and were not ready for check on my arrival. The service was accommodating to our special needs but sometimes lacked immediate responses. The location is prime, offering practical access to attractions like Magnificent Mile and Navy Pier. The dining experience was mostly good but needed more variety. Overall, a decent choice for a stay.
